A cleanroom pen is a specialised writing instrument that has been developed for use in cleanrooms. It is designed to minimise particle formation, outgassing and other forms of contamination that can occur with conventional pens.
These pens are widely used by operators, researchers and engineers within cleanrooms to record information, take notes or label materials without compromising the strict cleanliness standards of the environment.

- Low sodium ink to overcome contamination concerns
- Non-smearing, permanent ink
- Housing is made of polypropylene (PP) and is ESD safe
- Provides secure placement on coat hooks or clipboard
- The clip design helps prevent pen rolling on a flat surface to avoid particle build-up
- Available in sterile and non-sterile versions
- Suitable for cleanroom applications

- Bacteriostatic permanent effect
- Resistant to abrasion and chemical decontamination
- ISO standard 22196:2011: Reduction of approx. 98% of the initial bioburden
