InSpec HA is a sterile sporicide made from hypochlorous acid and WFI water. InSpec HA is manufactured to GMP standards in an ISO 6 clean room. The solution is aseptically filled through a 0.2µm filter into sterile packaging and sealed in an ISO Class 5 environment.
The spray bottle has a validated shelf life of 3 months.
Hypochlorous acid is produced by electrolysis of lye. It offers low corrosion and a mild odour. It is very safe to handle and leaves little residue, yet remains a potent sporicide.

Die Mopp-Präparation
Die Vorpräparation ist eine fortschrittliche Methode zur Feuchtigkeitsdosierung von Reinraum-Mopps. Das "herkömmliche" Auspressen in einer Flachpresse entfällt dabei. Und so funktioniert es:
1 Vor Beginn des Wischvorgangs wird die benötigte Moppmenge gewählt und in den dafür konzipierten Moppbehälter (Wanne 1) gelegt.
2 Nun wird die dafür benötigte Flüssigkeitsmenge im skalierten Flüssigkeitsbehälter (Wanne 2) angesetzt.
3 Die frische Flüssigkeit wird über ein Dosiersieb auf die Mopps verteilt. Eine gleichmäßige Befeuchtung aller Mopps wird bereits nach wenigen Minuten erreicht.
4 Die präparierten Mopps können nun einzeln aus dem Moppbehälter (Wanne 1) entnommen werden. Eine speziell geformte Moppauflage vereinfacht die Aufnahme ohne Handkontakt.
5 Nach erfolgtem Wischvorgang werden die gebrauchten Mopps in den nun leeren Flüssigkeitsbehälter (Wanne 2) abgeworfen. Durch die Trennung der frischen und gebrauchten Mopps werden Kreuzkontaminationen vermieden.

Die EasyMop CR Systembox wurde als geschlossenes System zur Vorpräparation von Moppbezügen entwickelt. Durch ihre Form ermöglicht sie das berührungsfreie Aufnehmen des Moppbezuges - Kontakt mit Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln sowie die Gefahr der Kreuzkontamination werden konsequent vermieden.
Die Vorpräparation der Moppbezüge mit der EasyMop-Systembox kann auf 3 Arten erfolgen:
manuell durch Übergießen: Es werden 6 Moppbezüge in die Systembox eingelegt, dann folgt das Übergießen mit der zuvor festgelegten Menge an Reinigungsflotte aus einem Messbecher / Eimer. Nach dem Einlegen von weiteren 6 Moppbezügen wird die Systembox geschlossen und gedreht. Nach 5 Minuten sind die Moppbezüge gleichmäßig durchfeuchtet.
halbautomatisch mittels Dosieranlage: Anstelle des manuellen Übergießens erfolgt die Zugabe der Reinigungsflotte über eine fix installierte Dosieranlage, die für eine konstante Menge und Konzentration der Reinigungsflotte sorgt.
vollautomatisch in der Waschmaschine: Die Moppbezüge werden bereits in der Waschmaschine im letzten Spülgang mit der Reinigungsflotte getränkt und auf den gewünschten Feuchtigkeitsgrad abgeschleudert. Sie können gebrauchsfertig entnommen werden. Dies ist nur mit spezieller Waschmaschinentechnik möglich.

The "InSpec DE" is a sterile ready-to-use disinfectant consisting of a 70% alcohol solution (denatured ethanol) and 30% ultrapure water WFI-Quality (USP), developed for biopharmaceutical and medical device cleanrooms. Application
For optimal effectiveness: try to wear clothes as closed as possible and try to avoid air holes at the neck. Air formation in the clothing (blow-up effect) must be avoided. Have your cleanroom clothing decontaminated and washed in time to avoid contamination in the cleanroom. Cleanroom clothing is not water repellent and quickly absorbs water and chemicals. Small holes and tears should be repaired (patched) as soon as possible. Cleanroom clothing should not come into contact with solvents, chemicals, disinfectants and stain removers
Maintenace
The washing frequency depends on the working environment (microelectronics - pharmaceutical ...) and working conditions. The cleanroom garments should be washed in a cleanroom laundry. The maximum washing temperature is 60°C - Do not iron! The addition of chlorine is prohibited in the washing process. A thorough rinsing and neutralization. A PH- value between 5.5 and 6 should be achieved. If dry cleaning is required: only with perchloroethylene. When drying in a dryer, a low speed is recommended. Maximum shrinkage: less than 3%.
