The FG Compo Wipe 7408 is a cleanroom wipe made of multiple layers. This multilayer composite of different components is built up in three layers - polypropylene and cellulose. These have been thermally bonded. This results in a synergy of both materials. The outer polypropylene layer transfers the moisture to the inner cellulose core. This absorbs the liquid excellently and stores it. The polypropylene thus retains a "dry" surface, while the inner cellulose core retains most of the liquid.
The Comp Wipe 7408 is abrasion resistant, durable and soft. The sandwich process makes it very effective for use with acids in the cleanroom.

The E-1 cleanroom sponge cloth is ideal for wet wiping due to its high absorption of liquids. The material structure makes it possible to clean any shape of workpiece without releasing particles. It is the sponge cloth for places where compliance with clean rooms is required. The material is heat resistant up to 60° or damp heat.
The integral structure of the sponge cloth is absolutely lint-free, abrasion-resistant and offers very good absorption of liquids. The micropores support efficient cleaning of surfaces. Ecological because it is reusable and washable, thus reducing waste.
Excellent for washing hard discs and silicon wafers. On delivery, the sponge cloths are dry/hard and should be softened with DI water before use so that the material retains its suppleness.

Flüssiges Desinfektionsmittel, das eine Mischung aus Quats-Desinfektionsmittel, Chelatbildnern und Tensiden enthält. Für harte Reinraumarbeitsflächen. 100 ml enthalten mindestens 2% w/w Desinfektionsformulierung und 98 ml Wasser.In ISO 6 Umgebung hergestellt und in ISO 5 Luftschleuse gefüllt. Das Produkt ist 0,2 Mikrometer gefiltert und ist den gamma sterilisierten Beutel gefüllt wurden. Danach wurde das Produkt versiegelt und doppelt verpackt.
