"InSpec IPA" is a vailidated sterile ready-to-use disinfectant consisting of a 70% alcohol solution (isopropanol) and 30% ultrapure water WFI-Quality (USP), which was developed for biopharmaceutical and medical device cleanrooms. The product can be used for wiping down equipment, hard surfaces (floors, walls and ceilings) and spraying gloved hands. InSpec IPA is manufactured to GMP standards in an ISO 6 cleanroom. The product is filled and capped under an ISO Class 5 laminar flow. The solution is filtered through a 0.2 µm filter and gamma irradiated after a vaildated process at 25 kGy to provide a guaranteed sterility level SAL of 10-6. The disinfectant is supplied with important certificates for sterility, irradiation, endotoxin and analysis.
