The sterile disinfectant CyChlor SBC500CC is a new disinfectant with a broad spectrum of activity for daily use. Contec CyChlor is a patented mixture of hypochlorous acid and distilled water that is supplied ready to use and is effective against bacteria and yeasts in 3 minutes. The product is filtered to 0.2 microns in a class A environment and bottled. The sterile product is then filled into pre-irradiated components. The product is double packaged and can be easily used in pharmaceutical cleanrooms. It is supplied either as a nebuliser bottle for small areas or as a 5 l container with lid if larger quantities are required. Disinfectant ClearKlens IPA VH1 - Sterile
The sterile ClearKlens IPA VH1 is an alcohol-based surface disinfectant. A sterile, ready-to-use disinfectant from Diversey with a broad spectrum of activity for cleanrooms in the pharmaceutical industry based on 70% isopropanol and 30% WFI (Water for Injection) water. The product is produced in facilities certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (Class A / B). ClearKlens IPA has been extensively tested in the suspension test according to EN 1276 and EN 1650 as well as in the surface test according to EN 13697. These showed that it has a broad spectrum of activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and fungi. Disinfectant Contec IPA
Sterile IPA from Contec is a mixture of 70% v/v isopropanol with 30% water for injection or distilled water. The alcohol mixture is filtered to 0.2 micron in a class C clean room (ISO class 7) and filled into bags. This clean manufacturing process in combination with the use of water for injection or distilled water guarantees that the alcohol mixture has an endotoxin content of less than 0.25 endotoxin units/ml. Contec Sterile IPA have been gamma irradiated with at least 25 kGy in a validated procedure and thus sterilised. Supplied in 0.5 litre or 1 litre nebuliser bottles equipped with a protection system that maintains sterility during use, or in 5 litre containers with lids for larger areas. The 5 litre product is mixed with distilled water, while the product in the nebuliser bottle is mixed with water for injection. The sterile Contec ProChlor is a spore-destroying biocide with a germ reduction of 6 log levels in under 60 seconds (*EN 13704), which is effective against bacteria, fungi, moulds, yeasts, viruses and spores. The sporicide has been specially developed for use in pharmaceutical cleanrooms through filtration and double packaging.Probably the fastest acting sporicide on the market. It is manufactured in a controlled environment and filtered to 2 μm. It is particularly suitable for class C and D cleanrooms where a fast-acting and effective sporicide is required. Contec ProChlor has no hazard classification, good user acceptance and high material compatibility. Cleanroom Wipes PROSAT PS-911 ETOH
The PROSAT® PS-911 ETOH wipe is pre-saturated with 70 % denatured ethanol and 30 % DI water. It is made of hot air-drawn polypropylene and releases the solvent evenly to thoroughly remove surface contamination in critical environments.
