The chrome-plated steel construction of Tiger-Vac’s “EMI-CWR cleanroom vacuum cleaner” ensures that it can withstand improper use, whilst the industrial sealing rings and gaskets ensure that it remains leak-free at all times. The vacuum cleaner is fitted with a ULPA filter (U15) located downstream of the motor. The EMI/RFI shielding ensures that computers and other sensitive electronic equipment are not disrupted.
The unit is also antistatic and ESD-safe. For critical electrostatic-controlled applications requiring a zero-volt potential, a special TELEKOM package is available (conductive rollers are fitted to the dry vacuum cleaner and a special tool kit is provided).
The EMI-CWR is cleanroom-compatible and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry. It has been developed for general cleaning in contamination-controlled environments. The cleanroom vacuum cleaner is fitted with a two-speed control, allowing the user to adjust the suction power. It also features an integrated thermal protection system that prevents the motor from overheating in the event of a blockage in the nozzle or hose.
