New-generation cleanroom vacuum cleaners for wet and dry recovery
- Specifically designed for the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and microelectronics industries
- Recommended for use in cleanrooms up to ISO Class 4 in accordance with ISO 14644-1
- Fully stainless steel construction with an electropolished finish
- Autoclavable up to 121°C (except drive head)
- Two-stage bypass motor for quiet yet powerful suction
- Complies with GMP standards
- Multi-stage filter system. Simple and reliable filter replacement
- Fitted with two downstream ULPA filters. ULPA filters are U15 in accordance with EN 1822. One ULPA filter is installed at the working air outlet and the other at the cooling air outlet. The two downstream ULPA filters ensure the cleanroom compatibility of the bypass motor
- ULPA filters – with an efficiency of 99.999% at 0.12 µm. Filtration efficiency of 99.9995% at 0.18 µm. Tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC001
- The primary filters consist of a disposable collection bag (for dry recovery) and a polyester primary filter. Filter class M in accordance with IEC 60335-2-69
- The waste water tank is made of type 316 stainless steel and is fully autoclavable (up to 121°C), including the wheels
- The stainless steel float (liquid shut-off) is removable, ensuring easy dismantling and maintenance. It is also autoclavable (up to 121°C)
- The power cable can be easily stored on the drive head
- Every cleanroom vacuum cleaner is tested for aerosols before leaving the factory.
