The chairs in the Reinraum Plus series are Bimos’ flagship products in the field of cleanroom seating. In addition to outstanding cleanroom properties, they offer ideal dissipation of electrostatic charges. Furthermore, the chairs impress with their perfect ergonomics and superior seating comfort. Reinraum Plus therefore not only meets technical requirements but also caters to the needs of the people who work in cleanrooms on a daily basis.
The Bimos Reinraum Plus 2 model, with a backrest height of 380 mm, has a seat height adjustment range of 440 to 565 mm; 480 to 640 mm is also available as an option.
Fraunhofer confirms cleanroom qualification
The Fraunhofer IPA qualification seal certifies Reinraum Basic as suitable for use in cleanrooms in accordance with :
- Air cleanliness class 3 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1
- Air cleanliness class 1 in accordance with US Fed. St. 209 E
- EU GMP guidelines
- Electrostatic dissipation in accordance with EN 61340-5-1
Material and design :
Reinraum Plus is fitted with a seat and backrest cladding made of sheet steel and ensures the best possible particle safety. The metal parts have a conductive coating, whilst the plastic parts are intrinsically conductive. They
are light grey in colour. The synthetic leather cover, which is also conductive, is slip-resistant and provides a firm grip even when worn over smooth cleanroom clothing.
