InSpec DE is a sterile, ready-to-use disinfectant consisting of a 70% alcohol solution (denatured ethanol) and 30% ultrapure water WFI quality (USP), which was developed for biopharmaceutical and medical device cleanrooms. The product can be used for wiping down equipment, hard surfaces (floors, walls and ceilings) and spraying gloved hands.
It is manufactured to GMP standards in an ISO 6 cleanroom. The product is filled and capped under an ISO Class 5 laminar flow. The solution is filtered through a 0.2 µm filter and gamma irradiated after a vaildated process at 25 kGy to provide a guaranteed sterility level SAL of 10-6.
