Contec denatured ethanol is a mixture of 70% v/v denatured ethanol with distilled water. The ethanol produced by Contec is only denatured with IPA, resulting in a product that leaves very little residue.
The alcohol mixture is filtered to 0.2 microns in a class C clean room (ISO class 7) and filled into sachets. It is supplied in 1 litre atomiser bottles equipped with a protection system or in 5 litre containers with lids for larger areas. A nebuliser bottle with a closed "bag-in-bottle" system prevents contamination of the bottle contents during use. A sterile version is also available.

The "InSpec DE" is a sterile ready-to-use disinfectant consisting of a 70% alcohol solution (denatured ethanol) and 30% ultrapure water WFI-Quality (USP), developed for biopharmaceutical and medical device cleanrooms. The preparation can be used for wiping equipment, hard surfaces (floors, walls and ceilings) and spraying gloved hands. It is manufactured to GMP standards in an ISO 6 cleanroom. The product is filled and capped under an ISO class 5 laminar flow. Contec ProChlor is a spore-destroying biocide with a germ reduction of 6 log levels in under 60 seconds (*EN 13704), which is effective against bacteria, fungi, moulds, yeasts, viruses and spores. The sporicide has been specially developed for use in pharmaceutical cleanrooms through filtration and double packaging. Probably the fastest acting sporicide on the market.
It is manufactured in a controlled environment and filtered to 2 μm. It is particularly suitable for class C and D cleanrooms where a fast-acting and effective sporicide is required. Contec ProChlor has no hazard classification, good user acceptance and high material compatibility.

Flüssiges Desinfektionsmittel, Chelatbildnern und Tensiden enthält. Für harte Reinraumarbeitsflächen. 100 ml enhalten mindestens 2% w/w Desinfektionsformulierung und 98 ml Wasser.
Gebrauchsanweisung
Auf die flüssige Seite des Beutels drücken, die Wischtücher mit dem Desinfektionsmittel zu benetzen. 5 Minuten warten. Das Wischtuch-Ende des Beutels abreißen und entlang der gepunkteten Linie aufschneiden; dann Wischtücher nach Bedarf herausnehmen. The alcohol mixture is filtered to 0.2 micron in a class C clean room (ISO class 7) and filled into bags. This clean manufacturing process in combination with the use of water for injection or distilled water guarantees that the alcohol mixture has an endotoxin content of less than 0.25 endotoxin units/ml.
Contec Sterile IPA have been gamma irradiated with at least 25 kGy in a validated procedure and thus sterilised. Supplied in 0.5 litre or 1 litre nebuliser bottles equipped with a protection system that maintains sterility during use, or in 5 litre containers with lids for larger areas.
