ULPA filter – With an efficiency of 99.999% at 0.12 microns. The filtration efficiency is 99.9995% at 0.18 microns. Tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC001. U15 using the MPPS method in accordance with EN 1822. HEPA filters – Including 99.995% efficiency at 0.3 microns. Tested: IEST RP-CC001 H14 using the MPPS method in accordance with EN 1822 and OSHA. All ULPA and HEPA filter vacuums are tested with an aerosol leak test before leaving the factory.
- Recommended for ISO Class 4 cleanrooms (Class 10). Suitable for use in the pharmaceutical industry
