FFP-3 Respirator BLS Zer0 31 C

The new series of BLS moulded masks has been designed to offer you both: Maximum protection and maximum comfort. The breathing resistance is demonstrably significantly reduced by the filter material, the special shape and the EOLO exhalation valve. It is lower than the standard value of EN 149 for FFP1 respirators. An additional sealing lip made of soft foam offers maximum protection. Possible leaks are thus effectively prevented, even for most beard wearers. The silver-coloured AMOR protective layer protects the Zer0 mask from dust, liquid splashes and mechanical damage. This significantly increases the service life of the respirator.

They have an upper micromesh that prevents fabric clogging and the build-up of liquids and extends the mask's service life. The ergonomic shape with elasticated straps makes it easy and secure to fit all types of faces. It offers an excellent field of vision. The nose clip, which is fitted between the layers of filter material, adapts perfectly to the nose and eye profile and ensures good vision and maximum compatibility with glasses.

The integrated activated carbon layer can retain unpleasant odours caused by organic and acid gases and vapours, including ozone, in concentrations below the threshold limit value (TLV). The Zer0 respirators are reusable (R=Reusable) and have an additional dolomite dust test. As a high-end mask, it offers maximum protection against: Particles and nanoparticles, aerosols, biological agents and viruses.
