Particularly low breathing resistance

The breathing resistance is demonstrably significantly reduced by the filter material, the solid core and the EOLO exhalation valve. It is lower than the standard value specified in EN 149 for FFP1 respirators

Faces are shaped differently. This is why the Zer0 33 Flat is available in 2 different sizes. This is the only way you can be sure that your mask really fits tightly. An additional sealing lip made of soft foam offers maximum protection. Possible leaks are thus effectively prevented, even for most beard wearers. This can be verified on site in the fit test.

The silver-coloured AMOR protective layer protects the Zer0 mask from dust, aerosols, liquid splashes and mechanical damage.

Protection against ultra-fine dust

In addition to FFP3 filtration efficiency, the respirators in the Zer0 series offer protection against ultra-fine dust.

The filter principle of the mask is based on 3 different methods:
Mechanical filtration:
Inhaled nanoparticles (with a size between 1 and 100 nanometres) can penetrate the cell membranes in the lungs and reach all internal organs, where they can cause serious damage. The special filter material of the Zer0 series can effectively retain even these very fine particles.

Electrostatic filtration

Even smaller particles are subject to further filtration by the electrostatically charged filter material. The principle here is: the smaller the particles, the stronger the electrostatic attraction and filtration.

Filtration with a layer of activated carbon

The activated carbon layer integrated in some models allows unpleasant odours caused by organic and acidic gases and vapours, including ozone, to be retained in concentrations below the limit value (TLV).

The Zer0 respirators are reusable (R=Reusable) and have an additional dolomite dust test. The shelf life of the masks is 10 years!
