The mop preparation

Pre-preparation is an advanced method for dosing moisture into Cleanroom mops. The "conventional" pressing in a flat press is no longer necessary. And this is how it works:

1 Before starting the mopping process, the required mop quantity is selected and placed in the specially designed mop container (tray 1). 2 The required amount of liquid is now placed in the scaled liquid container (tray 2). 3 The fresh liquid is distributed to the mops via a dosing sieve. Even moistening of all mops is achieved after just a few minutes.

4 The prepared mops can now be removed individually from the mop container (tray 1). A specially shaped mop support makes it easier to pick them up without hand contact. 5 Once the mopping process is complete, the used mops are dropped into the now empty liquid container (tray 2). By separating the fresh and used mops, cross-contamination is avoided.
