Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled on a degree programme in economics or social sciences
- An interest in sales and gaining practical experience
- A structured approach to work, reliability and a high degree of initiative
- Confident communication in German and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in using standard MS Office programmes
- Availability to work 2–3 days a week for at least 15 hours
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing professional support to our customers via telephone and digital communication channels
- Assisting with the processing of customer orders and handling customer complaints
- Maintaining and updating customer master data in the ERP system
- Working closely with other departments such as Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts
