Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with CRM & merchandise management systems
- Structured, independent way of working and teamwork
- Very good written and spoken German and English
Your tasks
- Customer counselling & acquisition
- Monitoring and support of customer orders
- Order processing & quotation entry
- Co-operation and co-ordination with the sales force and logistics with regard to delivery dates, delivery times and return or remaining deliveries
