Your Profile:
- Successfully completed business apprenticeship
- Professional experience in international customer service
- Experience in product management and basic knowledge of cleanroom operations are desirable
- Enjoy working directly with customers
- Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
- Service-oriented, structured, and reliable work style
- Fluency in German and English (Business English/B2); additional foreign languages are a plus
- Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications
Your Responsibilities:
- Our business is quite unique: That’s why we provide intensive training on our processes, products, services, and offerings
- Whether by phone, email, or other communication channels: Providing support and advice to our domestic and international customers and handling their requests to ensure strong customer loyalty
- Coordinating customer orders and monitoring delivery dates to ensure timely and reliable order fulfillment
- Work closely with internal departments to provide optimal support and ensure smooth communication with our customers
- Meticulously coordinate all related processes, such as maintaining price and master data in the ERP system and ensuring delivery deadlines are met
