InSpec DE is a sterile, ready-to-use disinfectant consisting of a 70% alcohol solution (denatured ethanol) and 30% WFI-grade (USP) ultrapure water, developed for biopharmaceutical and medical device cleanrooms. The product can be used to wipe down equipment, hard surfaces (floors, walls and ceilings) and to spray gloved hands.
It is manufactured in accordance with GMP standards in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom. The product is filled and capped under an ISO Class 5 laminar flow hood. The solution is filtered through a 0.2 µm filter and gamma-irradiated at 25 kGy following a validated process to ensure a guaranteed sterility level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶.
