PROSAT ® Sterile Polynit Heatseal LE wipes are made from 100% Polynit Heatseal polyester knit fabric and are pre-soaked in a mixture of 70% IPA and 30% water for injection (WFI). Each batch is tested prior to release and certified to have a low endotoxin content of less than < 1 endotoxin unit per wipe.
The sealed edges of the wipe ensure that very few particles and fibres are released. It is therefore ideally suited for use on surfaces that come into contact with products. Each resealable pouch contains a small number of wipes to minimise waste after cleaning. Each pouch is triple-packed to facilitate easy transport into the sterile environment.
Pre-soaked wipes offer numerous advantages, including solvent control, a reduction in volatile organic compounds (VOCs)

as well as enhanced process control and repeatability. The resealable pouch helps to reduce waste. PROSAT Sterile Polynit Heatseal LE wipes are validated as sterile and are ideal for use in aseptic environments and critical pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
