The "FG Compo Wipe 7408" is a cleanroom wipe made of multiple layers. This multilayer composite of different components is built up in three layers - polypropylene and cellulose. These have been thermally bonded. This results in a synergy of both materials. The outer polypropylene layer transfers the moisture to the inner cellulose core. This absorbs the liquid excellently and stores it. The polypropylene thus retains a "dry" surface, while the inner cellulose core retains most of the liquid.
The Comp Wipe 7408 is abrasion resistant, durable and soft. The sandwich process makes it very effective for use with acids in the cleanroom.
