Maximum pH value: 8 - 8.5. Close the zip and press studs before washing. Pre-wash: Maximum 35°C - 10 minutes Main wash: Maximum 60°C - 15 minutes Cool down 1°C per minute to 50°C to avoid creasing. Rinse ( 2 x ) and neutralise with 1 cc/kg acetic acid 80%, 10 min at 40°C. Last rinse: We recommend an antibacterial and antistatic detergent. Dry gently and slowly. Tumble dry at a maximum of 85°C Application For optimum effectiveness: Try to wear the clothing as closed as possible and try to avoid air holes at the neck. Air formation in the clothing (blow-up effect) must be avoided. Have your cleanroom garments decontaminated and washed in good time to avoid contamination in the cleanroom. Cleanroom garments are not water-repellent and quickly absorb water and chemicals. Small holes and tears should be repaired as quickly as possible (patches). The cleanroom garments should not come into contact with solvents, chemicals, disinfectants and stain removers Maintenance The washing frequency depends on the working environment (microelectronics - pharmaceuticals ...) and the working conditions. The cleanroom garments should be washed in a cleanroom laundry. The maximum washing temperature is 60°C - Do not iron! The addition of chlorine is prohibited in the washing process. Thorough rinsing and neutralisation. A pH value between 5.5 and 6 should be achieved. If dry cleaning is necessary: only with perchloroethylene. A low speed is recommended for tumble drying. Maximum shrinkage: less than 3 % Packaging 1 piece
